Approach

We count touches before we recommend anything

Our whole method is refusing to guess. Nothing gets proposed until we've watched the work happen and put a number on it.

Principles

Four rules we don't break

Rule 01

The map comes from the field

Not from a workshop, not from a vendor diagram. If we can't watch it happen, we don't claim to understand it.

Rule 02

One record, one owner

Every artifact has a single source of truth and a named human accountable for it. Ambiguity is the actual bug.

Rule 03

Timely beats precise

A weekly number that's off by three percent beats a perfect number that lands after the job closes.

Rule 04

Leave on schedule

Engagements are fixed in length. If the cadence can't survive us leaving, we didn't finish the job.

The engagement

What each phase produces

  1. 01Phase 1

    Current-state map

A costed diagram of every touch and wait state in the workflow, plus the annual dollar figure attached to it.

  2. 02Phase 2

    Rebuilt workflow

The new path running live with real jobs, configured in your existing systems, with the exceptions documented.

  3. 03Phase 3

    Runbook & cadence

One page per job, one owner per step, and a written runbook your next controller can follow on day one.

Deliverables

What lands on your desk

  • Touch-count ledger

Every re-key, approval wait and reconciliation, with a loaded-rate cost beside it.

  • Single-source-of-truth diagram

Which system owns which field, and which systems are downstream readers only.

  • Weekly job review template

The one-page committed-cost and labor view your PMs run every Monday.

  • Written runbook

Step, owner, SLA and exception path — in plain language, not a flowchart nobody opens.

Tool

What does one re-keyed number cost you?

Rough it out. Same arithmetic we run on day one of an engagement.

Annual cost of this workflow

$72,384

≈ 1,248 hours a year spent moving one number between systems.

Bring the workflow that hurts most

We'll map it in the first session and tell you what it costs you a year.
