Effective date: September 29, 2026 (last updated September 30, 2026)
Provider: Tie In LLC, United States. Contact: hello@gotiein.com.
These terms cover use of the gotiein.com website and of AdMgr, Tie In's internal account-analysis tool, by the people we authorize to use it.
1. What AdMgr is
AdMgr is a tool operated by Tie In's team to analyze advertising and social accounts a client has authorized, across Google, Meta and LinkedIn, including through Meta's Ads MCP server where AI-driven ad management is authorized. It is not sold as a standalone product. Access is granted by Tie In to specific people, and can be removed by Tie In at any time.
2. Authorizing an account
When you connect a Google Ads account, Google Search Console property, Meta ad account or Page, LinkedIn Page, or other advertising or social account, you confirm that you have the authority to grant that access on behalf of the account owner. You can revoke it at any time through that platform's own permissions settings or by emailing us.
3. Recommendations and changes
AdMgr produces recommendations. A person decides whether to act on them. Where an account owner has enabled AdMgr, including its use of Meta's Ads MCP server, to make bounded changes on their behalf, those changes stay within the limits the owner set, are logged with the approver's name and time, and can be turned off at any time. Content Tie In publishes on a client's behalf (a LinkedIn Page post, for example) is reviewed by a person before it goes live. Tie In does not guarantee any advertising or content outcome. Results depend on markets, platforms and decisions outside our control.
4. Lead data
Where a client authorizes us to retrieve leads from their Meta lead ads, that data belongs to the client, not to us, and we handle it as described in our Privacy Policy. The client is responsible for how they use it and for complying with the law where the people who submitted it live.
5. Your responsibilities
Keep your login private. Do not connect an account you are not authorized to connect. Do not use AdMgr to access data you have no right to see.
6. Ownership
Client account data belongs to the client. Tie In owns AdMgr, its code, its analysis methods and its documentation. Nothing in these terms transfers either.
7. Availability
AdMgr is provided as is. We aim to keep it running and to fix problems promptly, and we make no promise of uninterrupted availability.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Tie In is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or AdMgr, including lost revenue or advertising spend. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the fees the client paid Tie In for the service in the three months before the claim.
9. Ending access
Either side can end an AdMgr connection at any time. On ending, we delete stored tokens immediately and account data within 30 days, as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we update the date above and notify the people who use AdMgr.
